I only recently heard of this little maneuver (and of course immediately tried it) from my lovely wife of 15+ years. I'm going to assume she has been holding onto this pearl for 15 years rather than say out exploring new hand holds. Where she is from apparently this is known as "six-packing" As she was trying to explain it I was wondering if this usually done by polyphalangely gifted men like the one Inigo Montoya pursued, or whether there were some loaned from my other hand?? she explaind: you hold her like you are carrying a six-pack of beer.
